Final assessment: marked by an AI assessor against a visible rubric; you need 14/20 and at least 2 in each criterion. Two attempts per account; each uses 1 AI credit and requires active enrolment. If you pass, you receive a NormaPraxis training statement, which is not ISO certification.
Individual human tutoring is not included. Support covers access, technical and purchase questions by email (contact@normapraxis.com) and phone (+34 644 183 344), Monday to Friday except Madrid public holidays, with a first reply within two working days. Support is provided in Spanish.
How your purchase works
- You pay on Hotmart, our payment platform.
- Once your purchase is approved, you receive “Activate your NormaPraxis campus access” at the email used for the order, with the terms and offer attached.
- You create your password. The link is personal and lasts 48 hours; if it expires, request a new one on the sign-in page.
- You start with Mission 1. Your 90 days run from purchase approval, not from your first sign-in.
AI AT YOUR PACE
Clear credits for each practice.
You receive 100 credits when your purchase is approved, another 100 after 30 days and another 100 after 60 days. Credits you do not use expire at the end of each 30-day period.
A single-agent request uses 1 credit; a committee request, up to 3, depending on the agents taking part. Each final assessment attempt uses 1 credit and requires an active enrolment: keep at least 2 credits for your two attempts. You will see the cost before sending.
IF YOU RUN OUT OF CREDITS
If you use up a period’s credits, you keep access to lessons, labs and non-AI exercises, and you receive 100 new credits when the next period starts. The last period ends with your access.
This offer does not include credit top-ups. If they are offered in the future, they will have their own price and terms, will be shown before payment and will not change earlier purchases.

What to know
before you start.
Do I need previous experience?
No. The diagnostic helps place your starting point and the pathways take you from foundations to integrated decisions.
Does AI do the work for me?
It should not. The agents ask, challenge and review. You create and defend each deliverable.
Will I earn ISO certification?
No. NormaPraxis does not issue ISO/IEC certification or accredited personal certificates (such as Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor). If you pass the final assessment, the campus issues its own NormaPraxis training statement with a verification code. The assessment is marked by an AI assessor against a visible five-criterion rubric: you need 14 out of 20 points and at least 2 in each criterion. You have two attempts per account (buying again does not add more); each one uses 1 AI credit and requires active enrolment. You can ask for a person to review your result. The training statement is not issued by an accredited body and does not certify any person or organisation.
Are the cases real?
No. The organisations, evidence and outcomes are fictional. They are designed for practice without confidential information.
What does the purchase include?
90 days of individual access from purchase approval, with 141 lessons, 19 labs, 8 missions across two pathways (implementation and audit), a final assessment, 5 AI agents and 100 AI credits in each 30-day period. One-off payment, no automatic renewal. It does not include individual human tutoring, credit top-ups or ISO certification. 15-day guarantee. If we publish new labs in the future, they will be announced as a separate edition; they do not change what you buy. Purchases are not open yet.
Can I use it on mobile?
You can study lessons, review and progress through cases on your phone. For writing deliverables and taking the final assessment we recommend a computer with an up-to-date Chrome or Edge. You need an internet connection; there is no offline mode. We are reviewing keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
What if it is not for me?
You have 15 calendar days from purchase approval to request a full refund, with no reason needed, even if you have signed in, completed activities or used AI credits; nothing you used is deducted. Request it from your purchase in Hotmart or by writing to contact@normapraxis.com with your purchase email and transaction reference. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies.
What happens after I pay?
Once your purchase is approved, you receive a personal link at your order email to create your password and sign in at normapraxis.com, together with the terms and the offer. The link lasts 48 hours; if it expires, request a new one on the sign-in page. If you cannot see the email, check Spam and Promotions or write to contact@normapraxis.com.
What happens when the 90 days end?
Access ends with no renewal or further charges. The 90 days run from purchase approval, not from your first sign-in. Before the end, download your case file, which can no longer be opened once your access expires. Payment and taxes are handled by Hotmart. For purchases made from the European Union in euros, the invoice is issued by Hotmart (Hotmart BV) with the tax that applies to your location: you can find it in your purchase documents on Hotmart. If you buy as a business, enter your VAT number at checkout so that Hotmart applies the appropriate treatment. If you cannot find the invoice, write to contact@normapraxis.com with your transaction reference and we will tell you how to obtain it.
Is the course in English?
No. Lessons, question bank, flashcards and the 19 labs are in Spanish. You can switch the interface to English, and missions, the final assessment case and AI agents also work in English, but the course content is not translated. If that does not suit you, the 15-day guarantee applies. Support is provided in Spanish.
